We would like to inform our exclusive guests about certain significant issues which are a part of the working regulations of our accommodation and your stay here.

• Access is forbidden for guests within non communal areas such as staff areas, cooking areas, engine rooms and unprotected points at our accommodation.
• The use or access of privileged areas such as breakfast and meal areas the bar and swimming pool areas etc. at our accommodation are forbidden except for operating hours.
• Specifically for swimming pool areas, users of which are obliged to comply exactly to the terms of use which are written on hung signs. Any other use besides the explicitly written use is forbidden.
• Guests are responsible for keeping and protecting all their personal belongings otherwise register and hand them in at the hotel reception for safe keeping on arrival. In any other case the hotel is not in the least responsible for lost personal items.
• Guests are obliged to respect and not disturb other guests at our accommodation within hours of common quiet and peace.
• Our accommodation and personnel are not responsible for accidents or damages which may be caused by the misuse of privileges, not complying to regulations or the misunderstanding of such regulations at our accommodation.

I have become aware of, understand and fully accept all of the above terms. I declare that I fully understand the above and that I am aware of and comprehend the working regulations of the hotel , swimming pool areas etc. and state that I agree with the responsibility on my behalf if I do not comply to the above, and take on any obligation and responsibility to inform and protect fellow guests at this accommodation.
